Ceramic Fiber Paper

Ceramic Fiber Paper is manufactured from high-temperature (Ceramic fiber) through a very systematic method involving various processes. The product contains a small percentage of organic material to give it an extra ordinary pliability. Ceramic fiber paper features low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock stability, and chemical corrosion resistance. If wet by water, steam or oil, its thermal and physical properties are restored upon drying.

Ceramic Rope braided packings contains reinforcement insert materials of either inconel wire or continuous fiberglass filament to increase handling strength during installation and enhance fiber durability to rated temperatures of 2000 °F (1093 °C) for inconel wire and 1200 °F (649 °C) for fiberglass filament. Ceramic braided packing includes Ceramic fiber rope are dense, high performance packing fabricated from ceramic fiber yarn braided around a core of ceramic fiber rope either to form a packing in Round or Square section of desired sizes.
